The hotel was luxury and spotlessly clean, with outstandingly helpful and genuinely helpful staff right in front where the venue manager and restaurant manager was standing. I had good food for breakfast with many options.

I indulged in a relaxing massage with aromatic essences at the spa, enjoyed fine dining at IM-AIM Restaurant, and had a private balcony with gorgeous views.

Couldn't find the hidden treasure map that was supposed to be in my room. Was really looking forward to a midnight adventure!

The pool access room is excellent for relaxing and having a swim when you feel like it not just when the pool side facilities are open.

The staff had very minimal english and it was difficult when asking them questions. The staff at the reception desk were not very friendly and didn't always acknowledge you. The room was cleaned daily but not only were the floors not mopped in our 8 night stay, the complimentry bathroom supplies or coffee were not replenished adequately.

The breakfast was savoury with good choice of products. I was offered a room with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains. The location was strategic and best possible for Patong, near to the shopping malls, red district, and also the beach and beach and Bangla Street.

stayed in patong before but andakira hotel - sha extra plus exceeded expectations. family room spacious, beds comfy, and rooms clean. loved the clean swimming pool and good location.

Pool bar during happy hour didn't allow ordering different drinks.

the hotel is nice and room environment are as same as shown in pictures. the location is fine for us, not to far from the nice spots of phuket and yet not to near from the crowd.

yes, the services are slow. for exp requiring to change a tower takes more than half and hour to deliver it to our room! The staff's english isn't that good, quite hard to communicate.

The hotel was original with good and absolutely perfect location near by attractions. Location: the property was short walk to malls, many restaurant and bangla walking street and patong beach. And there was K & k Restaurant with short-orders only a short distance to the venue, super convenient. The room was modern and neat, had climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.

I've had a really nice stay for our holidays. The staff was amazingly kind, the room was huge, everything was very good. Units with a great view. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room may have been small, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the center of town. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable,no hot water at hand basin for shaving,poor design of shower meant entire bathroom floor was flooded every shower,replaced shampoos but never replaced soap which obviously by its absence was being used more,had to constantly ask for more toilet paper,air con was extremely noisy,broke key in door lock because of poor workmanship as the door was jammed tight shut(only had one spare key in the whole place which was held by housekeeping),only one room key which activated power to room so as a couple we had to stay together or had to knock to get back in (no help if partner was in shower or pool).

The hotel is extremely convenient and reasonably priced with good services and buffet breakfasts. The room is a nice size and well-appointed with delightful views of the mountains. All the staff is very helpful and amazingly helpful and is engaged to make your stay real good. There's a nice bar at the venue. This is a hotel go-to for Patong!

The massages were so extensive, I thought I was getting a full body transplant. The restaurant was casual, but at least they tried to elevate the standards. The private balcony had a lovely view of Patong's landscape. and the occasional passing mosquito.

I had to bring my own universal plugs to charge my phone. Seriously, who carries those around?

everything about the hotel was ok, the pictures leave everyone dissapointed. The pictures seem like this lovely forrested , 5 star beach resort, and when you arrive, down an alley, you see this OK hotel, The hotel was fine, and im sure that if the pictures were more true to reality i would have liked it alot more, but i was left dissapointed

on the website, it listed this resort within 5km from rassada pier, this was not rue at all, as it was on the other side of the island, I wanted a hotel near the peir. was dissapointed with the website in that regard

Greatly enjoyed the room on the balcony out, my bed was large. The service was friendly and the food was great!

Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was very poor.
